Blown Film Extrusion

Known as the Heart of Plastic Manufacturing and the start of every Film based application.

DAP is equiped with Mono Layer, Multi Layer and ABA Blown Film Extrusion Technology at both its Facilities. With a Stagering sectional Production Capacity of over 300 MT per month. The Machines have been manufacturerd and sourced from countries like China, Taiwan and India

Blown film extrusion is a manufacturing process that uses air pressure to create thin-walled plastic films for a variety of applications. The process involves:

• Melting plastic pellets

• Extruding the plastic through a circular die

• Stretching the plastic

• Blowing the plastic with air

• Expanding the plastic with internal air pressure

• Collapsing the film bubble to form a flat film

• Winding the flat film onto a roll

Flexographic Printing

DAP has invested in state-of-the-art 1-6 color flexo printing technology at both of its facilities. This advanced printing technique allows us to meet the diverse printing and branding needs of our valued customers.

Flexographic printing, also known as flexo, is a fast-paced printing process. It is an evolved form of letterpress printing, employing a flexible relief plate and rotary mechanism. What makes flexographic printing so versatile is its ability to print on various materials such as plastic and metallic films.

With our cutting-edge flexo printing technology, DAP ensures superior print quality and precise execution, helping our customers stand out in their respective markets.

Bags on Roll Coreless

This is a cutting-edge machine designed for the production of various products such as trash bags, produce bags, and more. It utilizes bags on roll technology, allowing for the creation of coreless rolls. This machine is specifically tailored to meet the packaging requirements and enhance customer convenience.

Manufactured in India, the machine boasts high-speed technology, enabling a monthly production capacity exceeding 60 tons.

The bag making machine is servo driven, incorporating impressive features like color sensing, motion sensing, winding/unwinding capabilities, bottom sealing, and perforation. With its advanced functionalities and efficient design, dap revolutionizes the production of bags, delivering top-notch quality and meeting the diverse needs of the market.

This machine is designed specifically for producing a particular style of poly bags that are highly recommended for their leak-resistant seals. These bags are commonly used for various purposes such as box liners, trash bags, hardware bags, mulch bags, and any heavy-duty applications. In addition to these, some pharmaceutical and automotive industries also utilize custom poly bags that are bottom sealed.

String Type Extrution Pelletizing Line

Middle East Recycling in Oman, a partner to DAP, is committed to recycling plastic waste items. They have advanced equipment, including a pelletizing machine, which processes shredded waste particles to produce recycled pellets.

These pellets are then used in the manufacturing of various plastic products, such as plastic bags and other film applications. A pelletizer plays a crucial role in this process as it transforms materials into pellets for further processing.
